Depression and anxiety killa!


been dealing with bouts of depression and anxiety lately as I think we probably all have to varying degrees life as we knew it has changed and will continue to change. We all know change can be scary, especially coupled with all the uncertainties that rest ahead of us... using exercise to help circumvent those energies is a major key! I swear by it, I know it’s a task even getting to the workout as depression can have you stuck in the bed uninterested in everything isolated TRUST ME I get it I deal with it regularly and I’m committed to fighting these demons, yes I consider depression and anxiety to be demon energy and like I said I’m fighting... im fighting for my spirit and I will win because I’m stronger, and my faith is too ! stay prayed up, active, hydrated, and EXERCISE ITS DAMN GOOD MEDICINE!
