Recipe: curried pepper salad




Mixed quinoa, purple cabbage, Kale, Red chard, Curried pepper salad with zucchini, chick pea croquettes...


1 teaspoon curry powder

1/2 tbs pf sea salt

1teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon rosemary

1 purple onion

3 bell peppers

1 zucchini

`1/2 cup avocado oil





chop 3 peppers {yellow, orange, } 1 zucchini and 1 purple onion.

in a skillet pan , Bring your oil { I use avocado oil} to a medium heat.

Add the onions and cook until they become translucent.

Next add the peppers and zucchini.

Add seasonings cook well... ENJOY!
