Spelt flour noodles

I‘m going to keep this one short and sweet lol heres the recipe ...


(this recipe calls for a rolling pin kitchen scissors and an omega juicer or an amazing knife)

2 cups of spelt flour

half can of aqaufaba (the juice from a can of chick peas)

2 teaspoons sea salt


Mix all the ingredients together and let the dough sit for 20 minutes


knead the dough for 2 or 3 minutes before rolling it out. I like to knead my dough by hand as it serves to be a great exercise 🤷🏽‍♀️



Once its rolled use a pizza cutter or knife make smail balls of dough as you slice and insert them slowly into the omega using the noodle setting.

The omega takes care of the rest cut to your desired length and let it sit for a few to dry.
